Company comments: Any product that Shawn Watson touches turns to gold… that’s a proven fact. So when he came to us with design changes for 2008, we decided we better listen. Watson’s boot is back in 2008, lighter, stronger and more comfortable than ever. While several major changes, including our new Response plate system, were incorporated into the ’08 design, the same comfort fit you expect from a Watson boot remains constant. No other high end boot offers the entire foot comfort, as well as board to boot response as Watson’s. While his boot may be as easy as an entry level boot to slide into, the performance is unmatched!

• Newly Designed Liquid Liner 2 - Strobel Lasted- designed around a last (foot) for a more comfortable fit and better overall performance. Semi rigid shin cuff - Better function, support and ease of entry. No mechanisms needed to slide easily into this boot.

Incredibly stiff and strong, lighter weight, more stance options… what more could you ask for? Whether he’s talking about the state of the industry, landing new tricks like Toe-side Backside 7’s, or helping us design better products, Shane is always running at full speed. When he created his latest pro-model board, he told us, “...make it as aggressive as you can, but keep it real. I want it to roll onto an edge super smooth and faster than anything else out there. I want it to take off like a rocket and explode off the wake but not buck me weird. Oh yeah... of course I want it to land super soft...Is that too much to ask?” Apparently not, because what was created was an exciting board that still allows the rider to remain cool, calm and collected. Shane’s modern design generates persistent speed all daylong and most importantly, smooth landings that help absorb those big landings from

double-ups. Only a pro model of this calibre and style can receive the official Shane Bonifay seal of approval.

Aggressive, 3-Stage Rocker

Company comments: Last year, Shane’s pro model boot was undoubtedly the most comfortable high performance boot in the industry. The closed toe design continues to help efficiently increase leverage and gives him the much needed control he seeks every time he rides. This boot has been modified for ’08 to fit the foot better, giving even more control than last season. Also new for ’08, his boot incorporates our new Response Plate System, which gives the Shane boot more strength and more boot to board response than ever imagined! Always wanting his boots to be a little softer in flex than others, we designed Shane’s overlay with a bit more flex than our other high end boots. Shane’s boot also comes in an open toed version. Filling boat racks since 2003, this former Watkins pro model is the foundation from which the Natural was created. Carefully blended 3-stage rocker and a wide mid-section give this deck a ridiculously big boot off the wake. Bolt on the pipe fins if you want a tighter, more precise edge hold or ride with out them if you like a looser feel. Either way the Player gives any ripper a great experience out on the lake.

CWB Absolute 2008 Blank Limited Stock For 2008

Chances are at some point in your riding you have either ridden an Absolute, or a shape created from one.  Known as one of the most influential shapes in our industries short life, the Absolute is again delivered with a twelve-year veterans seal of approval.  Knowing what sells and what is best for the industry, Zane has always created shapes that not only ride well for the beginner, but also perform for the ripper.  Zane has been with us for twelve years and has been a huge influence on our brand as well as the industry as a whole.  From being an innovator in the sport, knowing what it takes for a shape to be successful, and teaching more people to ride than Ron Jeremy, we appreciate what he does and has done every day.

The latest Absolute shape continues the tradition of awesome.  The 08 uses longer molded fins that have a cupped shape adding additional bite on edge.  We also added a turned down rail for additional edge lock as well as a slight cupped rail to make this a hard edger with a forgiving ride when flat. The Absolute was the first shape to use a center spine for landings, and now most every shape on the market has one.  Also, CWB was the first to innovate top shaping used in the Absolute and now this tech is also used on almost every board in the industry.  Using flex pattern technology called X Flex, this board has been proven to do what it takes to progress the rider and spring off the wake better than ever.  If you haven't yet noticed, the Absolute has continually set the standard for what makes a shape perform the best.  Innovations like spine's, cupped molded fins, turned down rails, top shaping, as well as being endorsed by someone who can ride a unicycle down stairs, demo the 08 Absolute.  It will make you ride better.
